Fabulous location and building. The owners and management have clearly put a great deal of effort into making this a relaxed and welcoming environment, the outdoor terrace is stunning. The staff were very welcoming and professional and when the food arrived we couldn’t fault it - high quality, generous portions and presented superbly.
Lovely village pub that's recently reopened. We had the carvery (medium, which consisted of two meats) which was delicious. The turkey was a little dry, but aside from that, everything else was perfect. Welcoming, friendly and attentive staff. Will be back next time we're in the area.
Was always a favourite before closing down. Visited for the first time yesterday since reopening. Very impressed. Lots of choice, reasonable prices and very friendly and attentive staff. Outdoor space was great in the heat too. Will be returning!

An absolute gem Can't fault a thing. Fantastic menu, tasty food, generous portions and great value for money. The owner has gone above and beyond to cater for customers comfort, with several types of seating areas, including blankets outside for those cooler evenings. Inside the decor is very comforting with a homely vibe and a real fireplace. The staff were friendly and helpful, they were also polite and efficient. Sunday carvery is delicious available 12-8pm Desserts are not to be missed
Small pub with a great atmosphere. Good selection of food on the menu. No fast food here all freshly made - you will have to wait. Quality ingredients, alot of homemade offerings. Staff very attentive
Delicious meal today. I chose the pie with triple cooked chips. Everything was served hot and without having to wait for very long either. I would recommend this place for lunchtime.
